While washing, you have to make sure that the harsh chemical will not harm the baby’s tender skin. You have to be very careful while choosing the detergent powder like Champion that will have a caring effect on the fabric. Moreover, you need to take care of the cleaning capabilities of the powder as a compromise with the hygiene of the baby is simply not an option.
Hand Wash Baby’s Cloth: If you prefer to wash the clothes of your baby by hand, then you have to follow the steps to get the maximum result.
- Wipe out the stains with some soft cotton or brush before starting the washing process.
- Now rinse the clothes well so that the remaining stains will go with it.
- Prepare a bucket of lukewarm water and add two tablespoons of antiseptic.
- Dip the clothes for 30 minutes to maintain the hygiene.
- Now prepare another bucket of cloth water and add 4 spoons of Champion detergent to it.
- Dip the clothes for another 30 minutes.
- Now wash the clothes thoroughly to clean all the stains, food particles and other grime.
- Rinse the clothes under running cold water.
- Put the clothes on the string to dry.
Many people prefer to dip in antiseptic after washing. However, this is not advisable because the strong smell of the antiseptic will remain on the clothes.
Machine Wash baby’s Cloth:

- You have to wash the baby’s clothes separately from the adults for hygienic reasons.
- It is better to clean the extra stains and remaining with soft cotton and water before you put the clothes in the washing machine.
- Put adequate detergent like Champion Matic on the container on the washing machine.
- If your machine has a separate space to pour the conditioner, then you can add antiseptic there. If you don’t have it, then you have to add it while washing.
- Set the mode to Delicate Washing and start the machine.
- Hang the clothes in shades for drying.
